As credit card payment is through paypal.com, you need to have a Paypal Account. Paypal is one of the world's leading online secure payment facilities. It is free of charge to set up and very easy. Log into paypal.com to register, once registered you can start using your account straight away.

If you do not have a credit card and would like to pay by cheque or bank draft, please contact our customer services department multiplechoicequestions@gmail.com, an address will be provided for you to send payment.  Once payment is received your items will be shipped to the address provided by you.
