Q1. Do the questions have answers?

Yes, all questions have four possible answers and all answers are given on a grid at the back of the document.

Q2. How can I be sure the answers given are correct?

All questions have been thoroughly researched and checked to the highest standard.

Q3. Do you accept cheques?

The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit card, Paypal, Cheques, Bank Draft. Postal Orders are not accepted.

Q4. I do not have a credit card, can I still purchase the books?

Yes, you can pay by cheque or bank draft. If you email customer service, an address will be provided for you to send payment.

Q5. After payment has been made when will I receive my study aid?

The majority of orders are sent out within 24 hours of payment, however during busy periods, all orders are issued within 2 business days.

Q6. If I would like to purchase alot of study aids what do I do?

We can combine any number of study aids you need. If you contact customer service on multiplechoicequestions@gmail.com.

Q7. I do not have a paypal account. What do I do?

Paypal is one of the world's leading secure online payment services.  It is free of charge to set up. You can log onto paypal.com and register, once registered you can start using your account straight away. 

Q8. How are the documents sent?

All study aids are emailed to you.  There are no postage or packaging fees.
